Hello Experts,
We need your suggestion to configure Cisco 3800 Router as NTP Server and Syn with Cisco Call Manager to show correct time order on Cisco IP Phones.
There was a NTP Server before which is remove now but IP Phones are showing 30 min off from the Actual time.
We did Cisco 3800 as NTP server and added in CUCM as NTP Server but still time is showing different on Cisco IP Phones.
Please assist.

Hi Amin,
I was just refering the line from SRND which says
Cisco highly recommends configuring the publisher to point to a Stratum-1, Stratum-2, or Stratum-3 NTP server to ensure that the cluster time is synchronized with an external time source.
can u run the command in Publisher
utils diagnose module ntp_stratum and share the output.
utils diagnose test

Hi Amin,
Which version of CUCM you using ?
Are all phones are getting date/time by cucm or you are using some ntp reference in date/time group of that device pool ?
12-01-2013 02:23 AM
Hi,
This is CM 6 and before we were using NTP Server but after removing the NTP Server the differene POP UP.
I will send the output in short while.
Thanks,

Hi Amin,
As asked by Prasad, please mention CUCM version and the model of IP phones which are facing the timing problem.
Did u ever try to reset Date/time group ?

Hi Amin,
Just refer the link
After deleting, modifying, or adding NTP server, you must restart all the other nodes in the cluster for the changes to take affect.
