Hi,
We are working on an upgrade from cucm v8.6 to v10.5, and previously we´re on the ip phones upgrade of his firmware.
But customer has some remote locations with slow links, and upgrade is not possible to complete, and then ip phones stay on a loop tryng to upgrade. So in that cases we leave those phones with phone load name on his current firmware, to prevent they try to upgrade.
We tried with a local tftp server on a computer, loading it with the files to upgrade an cfg files from cucm, but it didnt work.
There is a solution for this situation, I dont want issues on that phones because they cant install also the spanish locale files.
TIA
Andres Pasten Calzada.

Hi Andres,
You can check the peer firmware sharing feature

Hi Manish,
Thanks for your sooner answer.
There is a procedure to improve a load server? The url speaks as it is correctly configured, but it doesnt says the requirements for that.
On the disvantages it says:
Does it means that I cant use a dhcp server to inform the load server as tftp server?
