timezone cisco voice router

Hello,

I am new to this and I am having a hard time changing the timezone on my cisco voice router c2951 I have different phones 7962 and 8841 and they both show different times.

I did the following and that didn't work:

 

I clock timezone PST -8 0
clock summer-time DST recurringgaleb@sunrisebrands.c
network-clock-participate wic 3
network-clock-select 1 T1 0/3/0

 

Please assist if you can, I will greatly appreciate it.

Are you using CUCM or CME?   Either way the phones don't pick up their timezone from the router's native configuration, there is product specific configuration to set it, separate configuration for SIP or SCCP phones in the case of CME.

Hi there, I am using CME, I really appreciate any help on this, my warranty
expired and I wasn't aware so I submitted for renewal.
I am not a lazy guy, i spent hours but to no avail
