from CUCM how can we extract call history from one particular extension number / UC phone ?
Is there any guide and step on how to perform the above.

Go to CDR>> Search>> By User/Phone Number/Sip URL option.
Next, Input the Extension in Phone Number/SIP URL field and click the add button.
Then select the time and date range and click find.

Yes, manage to open and login the CAR.
but can help me to point which one should I choose to extract call to outside for specific extension?

thanks, manage to perform it
but mostly this will extract all the internal call between extension
how about if I interested to extract data of dialling out from certain extension numbers ?

You need to filter out the outgoing calls from the data.

Do we know how far back the call logs will go. How much data is saved before it is either over written or discarded.

guys, I'm quite new to CUCM. Can we extract call logs even though user not login to the SIP phone? I tried before thru the CDR and put the extension number but got this message:
