Hi Everyone,
I'm facing an issue when I try to call a toll-free number like (800-700-8000) but when I try to call 907 it works.
Both the Toll-free and Service numbers use the same dial-peer
I received the below message from the interface connected to SIP Provider
SIP/2.0 480 Temporarily Unavailable

It's from ITSP, see "Received'.

Llikely you need to call 1800xxxxxxx. Or ask ITSP.

This setup is located in Saudi Arabia
so the toll number here is
The issue is that I dont know if the problem is from the gateway or the provider since the "SIP/2.0 480 Temporarily Unavailable" was generated from the local gateways interface connecting to the ITPS.

If you look at the message :
From:
the following ip address is from the local gateway itself (172.29.26.238), so how can I send myself the message unless the issue originate from the local gateway.
Which is confusing, if it is from the ITSP shouldn't it look like this?
