Is conference has registered ? as you mentioned transcoder and mtp specifically.
Is IP voice media streaming application service is started on 192.168.1.50 or 192.168.1.51 ?
Have you configured same name of transcoder and mtp in CUCM which you have defined in router ?

Make sure the DP assigned to the devices in CUCM is using the 192.168.1.50, 192.168.1.51 CM subs.
Validate the name of the resources in CUCM is what you entered on GW, what device type is the media built in CUCM as?
Try "no sccp", "sccp".

When you browse to these resources on CUCM what is the registration status. Also, share the output of 'show sccp'
