We are planning to install a 4351 ISR gateway in our contact center setup (UCCE) to support 450 simultaneous G729 ( medium complexity) calls with the following PVDM's and T1 cards.
- PVDM4-64 :64-channel DSP module
- SM-X-PVDM-500 : Up to 768-channel DSP module for 4xxx family
- NIM-8MFT-T1/E1 :8 port Multiflex Trunk Voice/Clear-channel Data T1/E1 Module
- PVDM4-256 :256-channel DSP module
- NIM-4MFT-T1/E1 :4 port Multiflex Trunk Voice/Clear-channel Data T1/E1 Module
- PVDM4-128 : 128-channel DSP module
- NIM-4MFT-T1/E1 :4 port Multiflex Trunk Voice/Clear-channel Data T1/E1 Module
- PVDM4-128 :128-channel DSP module
I get 48 medium complexity channels from PVDM4-64 ad 384 channels from the SM PVDM, so it falls short of 18 medium complexity channels to support total 450 simultaneous calls.My query is whether we can configure a single transcoding pool combining the resources on inbuilt PVDM on motherboard (PVDM4-64), PVDM on Service Module and the leftover channels in the NIM cards together to get the 450 medium channel support.
