We have integrated Skype (SfB) and CUCM (Version 11.5) by following this guide from Cisco:

In this document they enable Refer support on the Skype end, if we are doing that transfer is not working, when i google it
the solution seems to disable Refer support, and then we are able to do transfer.
My customer is asking why is it not working when we follow the Cisco white paper.
So my question is, have any in here got SfB transfer to work with Refer support.?
