Transfered call has to be redirected to the reception if it is not answered by the user

When customer calls, the call has to be transferred to the specific users from the reception.

When a call is transferred to a specific user from the reception, the phone rings for few seconds. But it continuously rings until it gets disconnected from the customer.

I want to configure in such a way that if the call is not answered, it should be returned to the source.

Can anyone help me to configure this.

In order to acheive this, follow the below steps on CM:

1) Simply configure the No Answer Ring Duration to whatever time you want the call to ring on the DN level to which the call is getting transferred from the reception.

2) From the same DN configuration page, specify the receptionist number in the Destination next to the Forward No Answer Internal and Forward No Answer External and specify the required CSS.
