I am having a problem with a site that is stating they get complaints of a busy signal when dialing a DID. I have looked at the call manager logs and CCDR and I don't seem to see anything. Is there a way for me to set up logging on an H323 gateway so I can capture all inbound call attempts to see if I am having a problem before the call gets to the CM? Any help is appreciated.

Hi
Assuming you have ISDN PRI or BRI, you can run the command 'debug isdn q931' on the gateway to see all ISDN setups/disconnects etc.

THank you, I know the deug command and I can send that to a syslog but I was wondering if there was any type of stastics logging for voice that can be set up and captured so I can go to the GW and issue a command to see how many calls failed and passed.
