trying to setup call foward to handphone from CUCM

how can i setup a phone so that when DN it is not pickup on certain seconds, it will fowarded to the handphone ? 

i put handphone number under call foward and call pickup setting but when tried , it keep connecting to the cisco unity

i dont know if it is possible or not ?

You need to have the Call Forward No Answer (CFNA) setting defined for the desired number and make sure you do not have a check in the "forward to voicemail" box.

Hi there

 

May be the Voicemail option is ticked mark on your call forward settings. Remove that and add your destination number and select the appropriate Calling Search Space.
