I have a client who has CISCO2911/K9 routers deployed around their branches. We want to deploy Cisco voice (CME) using the routers as edge devices and voice gateways. What componets do I have to add to the routers to achieve my goal.
I understand the router should become C2911-CMESRST/ K9.
Thanks in advance!

First of all, you could contact your distributor or Cisco reseller support for "official" help. There is also a ordering guide that you can refer to:
The PVDM module (and size) depends by the number of POTS interfaces you will have. If you don't have POTS interface, you can do without it, except to support multi-party conferencing.
The UC license is SL-29-UC-K9= or L-SL-29-UC-K9= depending if you want paper or electronic only. Refer to:

You have to buy the UC license, and the hardware that varies depending by your needs.
I recommend you don't try to this DIY style to save yourself aggravation and poor resutls. Engage a reputable professional, or certified Cisco Partner.

As Paolo said simply contact local Cisco reseller (one that can give you good discount) to get the UC license and if required PVDM module, keep in mind that it will cost you slightly more to add these a la carte vs. doing it originally as a bundle.

I am the local reseller and nobody around can help me, this is why I am on Cisco Support Communities. I need to be sure before making my purchase. I have configured a CME solution before using the 2900 routers but I got the configs from QPT where they give it as C2911-CMESRST/ K9. Now the big difference is I have it as CISCO2911/K9 and need to turn into C2911-CMESRST/ K9. The solution should support 48 x 7900 series IP phones.
My simple question is what components do I have to add to CISCO2911/K9 so I can make it a C2911-CMESRST/ K9?
I have done some research and think I should add the following.
PVDM3-16 16-channel high-density voice and video DSP module
FL-CME-SRST-5 Communication Manager Express or SRST - 5 seat license
UC License PAK
Please tell me if there is anything wrong or missing. I am also not sure about the proper code for the UC License PAK and would be grateful if you can help.
Regards
