UCCX 8.5 IPPA login times

Hello,

I need to figure out when agent login and out using IPPA, they are not using CAD.  I checked IPPA, MIVR, and JTAPI logs from RTMT.  If anyone knows or has any idea please let me know.

Also wondering if certian level of tracing is required.

Client is questioning Historical Reports, so HR cannot be used.
