Is there any way to allow Finesse/UCCX agents to switch between Jabber DN and Remote Destination to receive calls? I want to use the Device for Calls>Edit Number field in the Jabber app to choose where they receive calls.
I have configured Extend and Connect, and I can successfully receive Queue calls to a cell phone, but can't configure internal DNs as the Remote Destination. When I do that, calls to the CTI Remote Destination DN hear a fast busy. Internal DNs are allowed in the CTI-RD Rerouting CSS. It seems like I am hitting a Permissions issue somewhere.
Any ideas?

Apparently this is not possible. From the Feature Configuration Guide:
Remote destination numbers must represent off-cluster devices. You cannot configure directory numbers as remote destination numbers
