UCCX server not loading backup .tar file

Hi all

I have built a single server UCCX 5.0(2) and have backed up our working server and copied the .tar onto my new machine via usb. The problem is when I open the admin and choose the restore option and add the path I get an error complaining it cannot see any file...

Any ideas please?

Hi Simon,

Not my area of expertise (not sure if any are ) but I did see this

in a similar post;

we had a TAC case open.

In the path we had to put in:

/

Thanks as ever for your input......amazing.....even when you are not in the comfort zone you still try and help..

I have actually tried the whole filename scenario with the following path syntax:

\\servername or ip\c$\Backupfilename.tar.It must be something trivial but......!!

I have even tried this with the local host address 127.0.0.1
