Unable import deleted user in Unity Connection

Hi All,

I’m running Cisco Unity Connection 8.5 integrated with Ms AD. User will be imported from LDAP which pointing to Ms AD. I can import new user which was not registered before.

I’m having a problem while importing a user which was deleted from Unity Connection previously.

I already followed document http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6509/products_tech_note09186a0080b35d01.shtml

utils cuc users bulk_clean_orphans mapentries  --> this command could not solve this problem since this command clean users that connected to CM users instead of LDAP server.

Any solution would be very much appreciated.

You are been hit by BUG.

User workaround present in the bug or upgrade to release which has fix of it.

utils cuc users bulk_clean_orphans map entries worked for me to import users in CUC 10.5.2 :-)
