Hello,
I've got 2821 router with some FXO ports in a trunkgroup:
voice-port 0/0/0
trunk-group city
cptone RU
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar 25630
description -= Krsn line 25630 =-
!
voice-port 0/0/1
trunk-group city
dial-type pulse
cptone RU
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar 4220
description -= Krsn line 05070 =-
!
voice-port 0/0/2
trunk-group city
dial-type pulse
cptone RU
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar 4216
description -= Krsn line 25082 =-
!
voice-port 0/0/3
trunk-group city
dial-type pulse
cptone RU
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar 4205
description -= Krsn line 25083 =-
!
voice-port 0/1/0
trunk-group city
dial-type pulse
cptone RU
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar 4209
description -= Krsn line 25084 =-
!
voice-port 0/1/1
trunk-group city
dial-type pulse
cptone RU
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar 4246
description -= Krsn line 25086 =-
!
voice-port 0/1/2
trunk-group city
dial-type pulse
cptone RU
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar 4247
description -= Krsn line 25106 =-
!
voice-port 0/1/3
trunk-group city
dial-type pulse
cptone RU
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar 4203
description -= Krsn line 25073 =-
!
voice-port 0/2/0
trunk-group city
dial-type pulse
cptone RU
timing hookflash-out 500
connection plar 4208
description -= Krsn line 25074 =-
dial-peer voice 100 pots
trunkgroup city
destination-pattern 98..........
prefix 8,,
!
dial-peer voice 110 pots
trunkgroup city
description -= Calls Via City Lines =-
service mgcpapp
destination-pattern 9[12345679]....
forward-digits 5
The problem is:
approx. 1/3 of all outgoing calls from IP phones to PSTN return immediate short disconnect tones, while ALL of voice ports of the trunk group are NOT busy (dorm,on-hook).
debug voice ccapi error gives:
*Jul 10 16:06:42.757: //4859/xxxxxxxxxxxx/CCAPI/ccGetCallGCID:
Bad Call ID: callEntry=NULL
*Jul 10 16:06:42.757: //4859/xxxxxxxxxxxx/CCAPI/ccSetCallGCID:
Bad Call ID: callEntry=NULL
What does this mean?
Also, debug voice ccapi inout gives:
*Jul 10 16:29:21.773: //4889/009312161511/CCAPI/cc_api_call_disconnected:
Cause Value=34, Interface=0x4927636C, Call Id=4889
*Jul 10 16:29:21.773: //4889/009312161511/CCAPI/cc_api_call_disconnected:
Call Entry(Responsed=TRUE, Cause Value=34, Retry Count=0)
As i remember, Cause Value=34 is " no circuit/channel available"
Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Nathan,
The few snippets you sent are not related to your problem. They just have the word "bad" in them :)
We normally do not see cause value 34 for FXO ports. The remaining options are that the ports are getting stuck, or you have dial peer/plan problems and you are routing your calls somewhere else or all fighting for a single port. Very hard to say without more information.
