Unable to register Cisco CP-7821-3PCC on my Yeastar S300 PBX

We recently purchased several Cisco CP-7821-3PCC phones.

The goal was to make the phones work through our Yeastar S300 IPBX.

The phones are connected on a PoE switch, they receive IP addresses from the DHCP server and we can access the graphical interface of the phones.

We have created an extension to the Yeastar S300 server.

In the graphical interface of the phone, we fill in the following parameters

- Proxy: IP address of Yeastar S300 server
- User ID: the extension of the phone
- SIP Password: The SIP password
- Auth ID: the extension of the phone

- When we save the configuration, the phone restarts but can't register

Hi Jefferson,

You phone is "stuck" on the transition load.

My guess is that this phone was running enterprise firmware before and someone (maybe you) tried to convert it to MPP without a conversion license.

You need to finalize the conversion by supplying a conversion license.

Please take a look at https://upgrade.cisco.com/e2m_converter for more info on how to convert the phones.

Hi Geovani,

You are absolutely right. Thanks for this analysis, I will try to order licenses for phone conversion.

Thanks SIR
