Unity Call Handler Active Schedules

I have over 1,000 call handlers in production. I also have twice as many active schedules built. I'm trying to determine which schedules are actually assigned to a call handler so I can delete schedules that are no longer used.

Anyone know how to determine that other than clicking thru every single call handler?

Try the Call Handler Data Dump utility at ciscounitytools.com. It says that it is not compatible with v14, but from what I understand that is only because it is not yet tested. You do need to install the ODBC drivers, but once those are installed there are an ocean of awesome tools available. (Like the User Data Dump!)
