I am trying to get this option to work and have modified my default system transfer restriction table to allow call to a single extension that is not defined in Unity. I check the box for this settign under the standard greeting, cal into the call handler, enter my extension that is not in Unity and get the error message: You cannot be transferred to this number, check the number and try again". What is blocking this??
My defualt system transfer rule is setup so the first entry is 2201/do not block. Any ideas?
If the option is unchecked you get " I dont recognize that as a valid option".

Does the VM ports have a CSS that allows you to reach that DN?

Nice catch, it wasnt the CSS but I was testing RSVP in the lab a few weeks ago and never put things back to normal so RSVP was blocking the call. I would have figured I would have received a busy tone instead of the unity message.
Thanks.
