Hello guys!
Im kind of confused about the scheduling of System Call Handlers. I shceduled a Call Handler but is still active after the shcedule ended. Can you shed some light on how to properly shedule a Call Handler and turn the after hours call handler? Thanks in advanced!

Hi,
I have attached a document of a callhandler set up with schedule..
These are the steps you need
1. configure your schedule
2. assign your schedule to your callhandler
3. enable the closed greeting to your callhandler...you can set greeting to blank if you dont want to play any greeting
4. set after greeting action to go to your after hours callhandler
The attached document shows a callhandler with schedule and closed greetings enabled..
