Hi Everyone,
I am upgrading Unity Connection from version 8.6 to 10.5.2.13901 and receiving the following error message:
An Unknow error occurred while accessing the upgrade file.
I tried using different options including SFTP or Local DVD/CD but no luck.
I tried to isolate the file into a folder which only contains the upgrade file . I also changed the OS Secure to Premissive again but none of the options worked. Here's the out put of the show version active:
admin:show ver
admin:show version ac
admin:show version active
Active Master Version: 8.6.2.21900-5
Active Version Installed Software Options:
ciscocm.version3-keys.cop
ciscocm.cuc_upgrade_10.5.2su3.cop

Would you please share your experience.

What is the vCPU being used for UCXN 10.5?

Which node fails to upgrade? Is it the Publisher or Subscriber node?
Is the Database Replication active?
The following error can be seen in the install logs:

Provide the outputs for the following:
- show cuc cluster status
- utils dbreplication runtimestate
- utils ntp status
In addition to this, you can reboot this node, attempt the upgrade again and in case it fails then please provide the complete upgrade logs via RTMT.

Can you provide the insall logs for a failed upgrade.
