Is it possible to turn off predictive or single keypress per letter when doing a directory handler lookup?
e.g.
search a directory of extensions in the office (option 4).
When selecting this option, the caller can then input the last and first name of the person they want using predictive text, (i.e. spelling ‘EVANS’ as 38267), however many of our callers find it more natural to spell the name the non-predictive way (e.g. ‘EVANS’ being 338882667777).

Hello Richard,
Agreed with Chris, this is an embedded conversation (recording) on the system and cannot be changed.

I don't think there is a setting to change the behavior.

I suppose I should have been more confident in my answer to warrant rating :-(
