Unity connection call handlers application like callpilot app builder

I seem to remember that Unity connection has an application that is similiar to callpilots app builder. Does anyone know what it is called?

Do not know the callpilot app builder, but check out the above link and see if that is your tool. It is the one I have used to make call handlers in the past quickly.
