Unity connection migration

we migrating from ccm7 and cuc 7 to ccm10.5 and cuc 10.5.

we have a gradual migration strategy. presently the cuc 7 is connected both to ccm 7 and ccm 10 and users are gradually being migrated to ccm10. (still on old cuc 7) . however the mwi seems to be stuck in the state it was prior to migration ?  if it was on it stays on and if off it will stay off regardless of new or old messages being created/removed. anyone got any experience of this and how we could possibly fix....kind regards, Jag

Did you perform re-sync on the port groups in CUC?

Is this SIP or SCCP integration? Do you have proper number of MWI ports on CUC configured?

a resynch on the cuc ver 7 ?? or both ?

the version 7 is SCCP and the new ver 10 is SIP.

no users on the new version 10 cuc yet , all still on old ver 7.

On the one that is not working properly.

sorry my mistake, both are SIP integrated and yes a resynch has been done on the version 7.
