Unity Connections 8.5 Question

Hi Friends,

I have a question on Unity Connections 8.5

Earlier in Cisco Unity 4.2, the administrator can log into the subscriber's mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange to view his voicemails [https://<EXCHANGE IP>/exchange/<USER ALIAS>]. But do we have any alternate option to view the same on the Unity Connections?

You can use IMAP in Unity Cxn

Yes, by going to http://<Connection host name>/ciscopca and login with their userid/password.

To see their mailbox, you need to enable it under Class of Service.
