hello! i just recently upgraded from Unity 4.0.6 to Cisco Unity Connection version: 8.6.2.10000-76. I had a user call me this morning stating that before the upgrade they could have 2 different people checking voicemails. while one person was listening to a message, the other person would be sent to the next message. The users claims now that UC is presenting the same voicemail message to both listeners. is there a setting to bring this option back?
I believe it is a challenge because this mailbox is a pharmacy refill line and recieves a lot of messages over the weekend, so to quickly go through them they try to double team them Monday morning. Any ideas?
