Hi All
I have a Unity Express 8.5 integrated with CUCM 8.5. All CTI ports and CTI route points are registered, but everytime I call the auto attendant it returns a fast busy tone. I have another router with same model/IOS and another unity express module with same version and it works fine. Has anyone experience a hardware issue with Unity Express that exhibits these symptoms. I can see in the Unity Express trace that calls are hitting the module but I can see JTAPI errors.

what is the Non-working CUE module ?
CUE module ?
CUE version ?
what is the working CUE module ?
CUE module ?
CUE version ?
CUCM version ?

Hi there,
Could be a codec mismatch, make sure you're using G711 to the CUE module, check the dial-peers to make sure it's coded as G711.
