So, there is a user at ext 1234 that is no longer with the company. Ops is requesting that ext (1234) have calls forwarded (which has been accomplished), and have access to that ext VM. Also would like for all incoming calls to ext 1234 be transferred to Ops extension. Is there a way to accomplish this where when someone calls ext 1234, it forwards to Ops ext and gets Ops voicemail, and not the old VM greeting from ext 1234?

You can delete the 1234 mailbox and then add 1234 as an alternate number to the ops voicemail user. That way they'll reach the same mailbox, no matter what they dial (1234 or the other DN they already have).
