Unity Voicemail Issue - Voicemail from unknown number

We are using Unity version 8. One of the subscriber keeps getting a voicemail from a external number, to which we are not able to call back and also the voicemail received is just a annoying beep sound (Attached is the voicemail).We have checked all the possible things, yet no luck. Has someone come across a similar issue.. Much appreciated if someone could help.

That sounds like a fax machine to me. The call is repeating because the fax machine is likely retrying. In the US there isn't much you can do short of calling it harassment and getting a call trace with police assistance to find the actual caller ID. That's rarely worth it for a fax machine which will eventually give up and print a transmission failed report.

The user is from APAC region. We are checking with the local telecom company about identifying the caller ID. Hopefully we find a solution for this.
