Unityconnection Local to LDAP Migration

Hi All,

We have Unityconnection 10.5. In that some of the users are imported from CUCM and some are manually configured.

Now we are looking for the options to import the user from LDAP instead of the CUCM or manual configuration. Alias name of users Which are already available in UCXN ( Imported Users from CUCM & Manually created users ) are same with LDAP user.

So we have to delete or rename the existing user alias , to import the users from LDAP. In this scenario we would like to keep the PIN and existing message of the users.

How we can achieve this ?

If the aliases are the same there is no need to delete the users, simply check the radio button to convert them to LDAP users.

Thanks for your reply. we can convert the user to ldap for user manually created in ucxn. but this option not available for CUCM imported users.

How we can handle this ?
