Unlock IP phone 7821 settings

Hello All,

We are trying to unlock settings menu on a newly purchased 7821 phone. Hitting the Settings button and ** # doesn't work and the parameters are still shaded. We have also tried to do a Factory Reset, even thought it's a new phone, but nothing change and Settings menú is still locked. 

Any idea?

Is the phone loaded with 3PCC/MPP or Enterprise firmware?

AS far as i know the ** #  is for 79XX phones and 7821 i never seen such an method to unlock.

Not in access to a CM webUI at the moment so I cannot check, but isn’t there a configuration for this under device specific configuration on device in CM? It’s something with allow users to access settings or similar.

Had a look in CM when at work today. Either you set it on the individual device in CM by this.

Or you can set it in the common phone profile by this.

Yes, we had already checked this parameter and it's set to "enabled"
