Hi,
In a simple way, Login to Call manger--->Device-->Phones--->(Select Directory number and EXT num (suppose if all ext starts with 78) enter only 78 in search box you will get the whole list of ext starting with 78 and in the Status tab if it shows as
"unknow" then the EXT num.. was never used.
"Unregistered" EXT was previously registered but is no longer registered.
*Pls rate if usefull*

Hi
You can use my Phone Operations app from here : www.ipcommute.co.uk
That will allow you to export a list of all the phones and their registration status to CSV so you can review it in Excel, and use the features there for filtering the columns etc.

Hi,
Another shameless software plug
Have a look at PhoneView from UnifiedFX (http://www.unifiedfx.com), one of it's many features includes gathering extensive device/user information. In addition to obtaining the Registration Status, you can also export the last date/time the phone registered (if at all) and the last time the phone was updated in CUCM as well as a bunch of other details.
