I need to mount an 8811 on a dance studio mirrored wall. There is a standard box there and a standard wall phone plate, but there is no industry standard way to mount the 8811 phone. or is there? Does anyone know of a way to mount 88XX series phones on a standard two post wall plate? Are there third parties that provide a mounting option for this scenario?

Hi there,
I think this 3rd party bracket might work well for your scenario;

There is a Cisco CP-8800-BEKEM-WMK wall mount kit
I have used the 7800 series and these do not designed to fit a standard single gang or double gang box. They are meant to screw directly around and over the box, giving you have room for the network cable(s).
I have not seen any 3rd party items. I have thought about this before and you could take a rigid piece of thin metal plate, cut to frame size to bolt to the wall mount kit frame, drill the network port and screw holes for the box to make it work. I would not want to think about drilling the mirror to mount the frame.
