Hi There,
Does anyone know the upgrade path from 4.2 to 7? I have found documentation that suggests that you can upgrade from 4.2 to 7 using the DMA but so far I have been unable to find any part no's. All parts no's I have found so far are upgrades from CUCM 6.X to 7 or new installs of 7.
Help appreiciated.
Thanks,
Stafford

Hi Stafford.
I am solving exactly the same problem for upgrade from 4.3 to 7.0 ... BUT PNs regarding this upgrade are missing in Cisco price list. I asked local Cisco SE for help, so I hope he will give some information (PNs) for this upgrade. I case I will be succesfull I will send you an update ;o)

HI Rob. We know these documents and all technical question are clear for us. But main issue is, that there are no PN in price list for ordering :O/

Hi Miroslav,
My apologies :) I didn't read the question clearly I guess. I'm not actually sure that these kits have been released yet. We are awaiting the same upgrade to test out in the lab and our understanding was the release date was supposed to be September 24. It seems like it may have been delayed somewhat.
As soon as I know for sure I will post back to this thread.
Hope this helps!
Rob
