Hi Sergio,
You will want to use;
UCSInstall_UCOS_8.6.1.20000-1.sgn.iso
The Restricted version is the one that has been around forever and is what 95%
of us run. The un-Restricted version only came out with the release of CUCM 7.1(5)
and it contains many changes to encryption that allows it to be shipped/installed in certain
countries around the world where it was previously not allowed.
You will not need new licenses to move from 8.0 to 8.6
Cheers!
Rob

You also need to download and install the ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.0.cop.sgn on your 8.0.2 server before upgrading. You can find the file and download it from here http://tools.cisco.com/squish/dAc86.
