Hi all,
I got a brand-new bundle C3925-CME-SRST/K9 with IOS 15.0(1)M7 and UC license from factory default. Now I'd like to upgrade to IOS 15.2.2(T), my concern is about UC license. When I change the IOS file, the UC license is still activate or not ? If not, how to re-activate again, please guide me, thank you.

It will remain active. Just don't format the flash and you'll be fine. It is safe to remove the old .BIN file once you've booted to 15.2.2T. Just make sure that you accept the EULA after upgrading. I seem to recall (read: can't find link proving this) that CCME magically won't work around this version until you accept the EULA.

Even with flash format or swap, no licenses are ever lost.
These are kept in a protected NVRAM area.
