Upgrade Path from : SCCP41.8-3-1S to SCCP41.9-2-1S

Hello,

I am looking for a UPGRADE PATH from Phone Load: SCCP41.8-3-1S (currently phone with active load working on below version of CCM) to SCCP41.9-2-1S.

Please suggest resources. Thanks!

CUCM Version: 8.5.1.14063-1

Please check with 8.5.2 and then 9.2.1.

Hi,You will be able upgrade to 9.2.1,since 8.3.3SR2

"For  all SCCP firmware upgrades from firmware release versions earlier than  8.3(3) to version 8.5(2)SR1 or greater, you must first upgrade your  firmware to version 8.5(2). Once you have upgraded to version 8.5(2),  you can upgrade your IP Phone to version 9.1(1)SR1 or later."
