Hello,
I have a problem during my bridge upgrade from CUCM 8.5 SU5 to 9.1(1).
I have the message : "Upgrades are prohibited during Licensing Grace Period." when I want to start the upgrade.
I can't open a case : (The service you have requested is outside of the parameters of the Service Contracts associated with your Cisco.com profile. )
Can you help me please? It's very urgent.
Thanks you in advance.
Regards.

Hi Thomas,
Do u have a valid ESW and UCSS Contract for performing this upgrade? If yes, then, u need to write a mail to
csgbprod@cisco.com to map your CCOId with Contract.
Not clear: License Grace Period. Did u perform the upgrade earlier? Can u share the snapshot of message.

Hi Thomas,
“Upgrades are prohibited during the licensing grace period”
The Bug ID is: CSCtb86875
The workaround says to delete the license files, re-host them and install the new licenses but there is a better fix that will prevent you from re-hosting the license files multiple times. You will need to open a TAC case for an engineer to gain root access to the CUCM so that they can delete the licexpiry.txt file.
Hope this helps.

Hello,
Thank you all for your help.
Like Anchoudh said, I had to open a TAC case for an engineer to gain root access to the CUCM so that they can delete the licexpiry.txt file.
My problem is solved now.
Regards.
Thomas.
