Upgrading IPPhones 6941 to 8861

Our customer is planning to upgrade the IPPhones 6941 to new UC 8861 models.,as i know when upgrading IPPhones need to register as a new device in CUCM.,is it possible to copy the 6941 profie and change to 8861 phone type? kindly suggest me since around 800 users in same model.

Hi Siva,

I cannot think of any other option other than BAT. You can achieve it thru BAT.

Hi Siva,

Copy and Super Copy can only be used for same model. No other shortcut.

Hello,

As Mohammad said, the bulk is the easier way to do. you can export the phones, modify the type and re-import it again.
