url service XML don´t work after ugrade firmware to 11-0-6SR2-4

Hello, currently I have SIP phones 8821 with firmware: 11-0-5SR3-2 and url services works properly , but I upgraded phones to firmware: 11-0-6SR2-4 and all works except url service: in phone appear when I click in: Aplications->CME Services URLs : error XML [4]

I have a C3925-CME-SRST/K9 , ver: Cisco IOS Software, C3900 Software (C3900-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.6(3)M1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

Config relate in CME:

voice register global

url service http://10.173.62.251/Cisco/Main.xml

Main.xml file I´m using:

<CiscoIPPhoneMenu>
<Prompt>PO</Prompt>
<MenuItem>
<Name>Conferencias TEAMS</Name>
<URL>http://10.173.62.251/Cisco/Cfg.xml</URL>
</MenuItem>
</CiscoIPPhoneMenu>

Does the issue resolve if you downgrade back to 11.0(5)? If so, it absolutely sounds like you hit a bug. I didn't see a good match in the Bug Search Tool , but it could be I just didn't find it or that no one has reported it yet. If the downgrade resolves the issue, I'd suggest contacting TAC and letting them know. If it's a known thing, they may have a workaround.

Thanks Maren , in fact I downgroade the firmware to recover functionality and works fine , today I copied files again to CME and I repeated upgrade , but the same result

never happened me.

Could be a BUG, better to stay with your old working firmware versions.

Note:- 3925 is getting EOL this year.

Thanks Nithin , at last I tried with version 11-0-6SR1-4 , and works fine.
