Users Facing issue connecting to LAN and internet

Hi,

 

There are two Vlans in a port Voice and data, users are using only one cable to connect to both the services.

Cable coming from switch port is  directly connected to IP phone.

then another cable from IP phone is connected to end user system.

IP phones are getting its IP address through voice vlan but user systems are not getting ip address of data vlan.

 

Previously it was working fine and no changes has been done in CUCM server or in switch.

what is the device mode ? and IOS code running ?

 

what is the switch port configuration  ( show run interface gi 0/0)  - advise to post show run complete to understand the issue.

Do you have DHCP Server, where is that connected ?

 

how long the network running, what is the uptime of the switch ? is this issue only with this switch ? all over network ?

 

Note : we hear most of the time, there is no change, without some changes some where, the system not collapse by it self. there may be some incident may occur we can not take that in to account ? so please think.
