Using 7960G with CME 7.1

Is it possible to use the 7960G IP phone with CME 7.1?

I have a new 2851 Voice bundle and I can't get the phone to download a firmware/config.

The 7960G is supported:

SCCP Loads:

Make sure you have downloaded and installed those files on your flash:. You will also need to have file in your TFTP statements within the router config.

Thanks. I was able finally able to get it to load P00308010100, but now i'm strugglign with the config -- it keeps saying it can't find XMLDefault.cnf.xml

You have not entered the mac address correctly under ephone then.
