If we are active directory enabled with CCM 8.6.2su2 and we are using TAPS/BAT to import phones, can we associate the users with the phones as the owner, and under the line associate the user, and in end users set their directory number as their primary line, and give them group permissions?
We currently have been able to sync with AD, and use taps to import the users, but don't see a way to give them end user options, etc.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Would this be possible by running the BAT/TAPS more than 1 time? Once for phones and users, and then again to associate the user?

We've been testing the theory, but haven't had much success.
