VG224 port stuck in off-hook state

Hello,

I am facing issue with VG 224 few of the ports always in off-hook status

VG IOS Version : 12.4(2)T2

CUCM Version :8.6

I tried shoutdown 2/10 port , however the status is showing off-hook

2/10      --  fxs-ls      down  down off-hook idle     y

I deleted the same port from CUCM, once the port is registered with CUCM again the status showing as off-hook

Can any one help me on this

I have upgraded IOS to Version 15.1(4)M5. but still few ports are in off-hook state

earlier port 2/10 in off-hook now it changed to on-hook

Note: Customer using paging system

Can any one help me on this

Check that the paging system recognizes the disconnect tone and/or dialtone generated by VG224, or it recognizes power denial.

These are necessary so that it hang-up.

Is this VG224 registered as H.323?

VG224 registered as MGCP. I have deleted and re-created VG224 from CUCM. However some of the ports are still stuck in off-hook state.

I have explained to you above why that happens.

The VG224 port are not stuck, but the paging systems ports are.
