Dear All,
Somebody can tell me what is the problem with my VIC card?
My cisco 2801, 2 VIC2-4FXO card, 2FastEthernet, 1 Serial.
My problem is the extension phone line that connected from PABX always busy when I connected it into my VIC2- 4FXO card, but when I check on the cisco there is no light on the VIC port that I have connected that phone line.
And If I take that phone line out of the VIC port and connect into the phone, it's working well and no busy.
Can somebody tell me what wrong with Cisco and VIC card?

Hi, please send output fo "show voice port summary".

Hi, the first six ports should be working, please enable "debug vpn signal" when trying a call.

Thanks, now I already enable "debug vpm signal", and now all my port is working well.
thanks again.
But I still have another one problem that sometime when calling and after we stop conversation and drop the phone, but the line still busy and light of that port still on.
can you help me to give me some advise.

This seems some problem with disconnect supervision
