Voice Call Release Issue

Dear Fellows,

We have been receiving a call release issue on all FXO Ports.

The scenario is,

Customer Calls in on our Landline Number

The call gets connected and customer hears a welcome message but that call is not released until 3 minutes. Please see the mentioned below (plar : 3000)

Now another customer calls in, he has to wait in queue.

Our router shows the following status (Sh voice call status)

CallID     CID  ccVdb      Port        DSP/Ch  Called #   Codec    Dial-peers
0xC4A      141F 0x46F5025C 0/2/1       0/5:1  *300xxxxxxx g729r8   21/29
0xC58      191F 0x46F58C4C 0/3/1       0/5:2  *213xxxxxxx g711ulaw 0/16
0xC5B      148E 0x46F4786C 0/1/1       0/5:4   3000       g711ulaw 0/9

Sh run of a specific voice port is as follows:

voice-port 0/1/0
 timeouts call-disconnect 3
 timeouts wait-release 3
 connection plar 3000
 description "xxxxxxx"
 bearer-cap Speech
 caller-id enable

The 3000 is our Music on Hold and it is being stuck on any voice port whenever our call manager/router is forwarding/disconnecting a call.

Can anyone provide their advice and help on this issue.

Regards,

Farhan.
