voice-port 0/1/0:15 not dispalyed on ay cisco ISR 4321

I have a cisco ISR 4321 , i would configure E1 , but the port 0/1/0:15 not diplayed in gateway.

Please @akram.root check the gw-isr4431-1.txt file that you have posted first.

Just above your enable password Didata2018 command you have:

! card type command needed for slot/bay 0/1

I don't see any controller e1 also.

Do you configure card type e1 command? And after configure the controller interface.

Hi Akram,
You have available PRI E1/T1 slot and I can see you have configured the e1 controller.

You need to create the pri-group under the controller.

Isdn switch-type primary-ni
Controller e1 0/1/0
pri-group timeslots 1-

Hi Akram,

Let me know if you are able to set the card type and controller type. If not can you share the output for show controller and show inventory.

eg : card type e1 0:15
controller e1 0:15
