Hi All,
I am facing issue with voicemail ports. Few voicemail ports are showing status as Unregistered where some voicemail ports are registerd. When checked in RTMT Status Reason shows message "DirectoryNumberMismatch".
What can be the issue ?
I am using Unity Connection 7.x and CUCM 7.x.

But how to check DN 1204 in unity connection. There is no such information regarding DN.

Hi Amalraj,
Can u cross-check for the numbers in Route Plan report in Call manager?
May be some DNs are conflicting.
