Voicemail Says "Sorry is not available..."

Hi all,

we have an issue with our cisco unity voicemail. When the call goes to voice mail, the automated system says "Sorry is not available.." rather than their name.For example: "Sorry John Doe is not available..." Until last week, it worked fine and the names of the respective users were included in the message. Has anyone seen this before who would be willing to point me in the right direction?

I have not. I want to avoid doing that unless it is the last thing I do. Is that my only potential solution?

You can try and restart the conversation mixer service

Also restart conversation manager service and all should work.

Did you ever find out the issue behind this? We are having a similar issue but, ours is completely intermittent. It will work one minute and not the next then back to working with nothing changing in the system.

Did you check your Speech Connect Port configuration? Enough ports assigned?

If you have 5 Ports assigned and 5 concurrent calls, caller number 6 won't get the name.
